I’m new to edibles .. How much weed should 1 edible contain ? (Grams , MG ) ? What’s the average ? And how much would be to strong ? GUMMIES?

been smoking weed for a long time so it takes a couple of tokes for me to get high , I’m switching to edibles but I don’t know how much should an edible contain...for it to buzz me and make up for the several tokes I tend to take. I want to know about the gummies , candy stuff not the brownies.

    It depends on what you are buying. There are different dosages of gummies. Typically Ive seen a lot of people who have 10mg THC gummies. That should pretty much do the trick for your average user. Like any drug, dosage is key. If you have a high tolerance to it because you are a long time user then it will take more to have the same effect. I would start off with one 10mg gummy and see how that works for you. If you need more (or less) you will know in about 40 to 60 min.
