Would you eat "Birds Nest     Soup," which is made with Saliva?

I have always maintained that I would eat anything that is edible. Bird nests are not one of them.

Well yes, if someone else were buying. I'm not put off by foods, I've eaten a lot of crazy stuff, including kangaroo and testicles of sheep, beef and turkeys. Some I would not order again, like Andouillette Sausage (animal intestines in natural casings, not well cleaned) but for the most part, I'm in the "if looks good, eat it" school of gastronomy.
