is a tandem skydive safe is their any safety risk I wanted to do it for charity thanks in advance

Safer thañ driving your car to/from the drop zone.
I have over1700 jumps, never did tandem, but did have a nasty wreck headed to the jump school

Very safe. I do it all the time because I don't have legs to land on.
They were severely broken in a skydiving accident.. Had to be
amputated.

Safe as it can be done. When one "Plays with Fire' there ARE rules of safety that always should be followed. Personally I do not prefer being tied to a Bungie Rope OR another person. You NEVER learn to fly.

If you are doing it for charity, then take the $250 that it would cost you and just donate it to charity. Much safer and much more efficient use of money.
