How much would I get on a tax return?
I’m 18 now and I started my job when I was 17 last March. So far I have gotten $10234.98 gross pay and I had $792.66 taken for taxes. How much would i get on my tax return?
Sorry I wasn’t broad enough. In 2019, I made 10234.98 gross pay but I also had another W-2 that has gross pay of 258.08 because I was transferred my first week. Box #2 added up on my W-2 was $792.66 for federal income tax withheld.

Step 1: File your tax paperwork. When the calculations are done correctly, the answer is on the "paperwork" (even on the electronic filing apps.)
You won't receive anything back until the filing is correctly submitted to the IRS and you local/state revenue board.
Nothing will automatically be sent to you - you need to file correctly.
The consensus of the responses here is that you will get money back. If you have all the paperwork ready to go, then send it in. By not sending it in, you are providing the government with an interest-free loan.

You should get any Federal tax refunded.

For the tax year 2019, you will receive all the federal income tax that was withheld in 2019 (if any).
You didn't tell us if the $10234.98 was through 12/31 or through today.
You also didn't tell us the breakdown of what the $792.66 was actually for. If it was for social security and medicare tax, you won't get any of it back.

You should get all the "Federal Taxes" back if you claimed yourself... If part of the $792.66 was for medicare or any other items you won't get any of that back.

You'd get all the federal income tax refunded.
So if the $793 amount is all federal income tax (shown in box #2 on your W2 form) then you get all of that back.
If that's the total including medicare and social security taxes, then you only get the portion classified as "federal income tax" refunded.
You get a standard deduction of $12,200 and since your total income was below that you won't owe any income tax, but the social security and medicare taxes start on the first dollar you earn and are not refunded.
