Help. I have no clue how to do a circuit for Physics?

I have been absolutely confused all week and my teacher has been out for 4 days. Could someone explain how to do this?

    “… how to do a circuit...”

    Which one?  There are 2 circuits.  If both, why aren’t you asking for just one to be solved so you can see the method and do the other one for yourself?

    What is required for each circuit? To complete the table? To find the values of RT, VT and IT?   Both?

    It is not possible to read the cell-voltage and some of the resistor-names on the top diagram.
