I've been sober from weed for months now. Does it count as breaking my streak if I smoke when I go to Amsterdam?

Well yeah, it does mean you break your streak.
But the way I see it, is what's life if you can't indulge once in a while? Yeah using weed (or any substance) every day is over the top but once in a while, why not?
If you feel you can enjoy a few J's on holiday but then maintain your abstinence (or reasonable intake whatever that is for you) when you go back home, then that's reasonable in my book. But it's up to you to know your limits. If it lets you slip back into chronic use, then it might be a bad idea.

In the Netherlands, all drugs are technically illegal, but the government created a policy that tends to tolerate cannabis under strict conditions. Individuals that are 18 years old and older can smoke cannabis within a certain space known as a “ coffeeshop ".
And you are very clearly not 18 and you have to show your passport at the coffee shops to prove your age.

I haven't sworn at anyone in months. Would it count as breaking my streak if I call someone a f*cking idiot if they were in fact a f*uking idiot? I'm thinking yes. Just as a joint is Amsterdam is still a joint. A break in a streak is a break in a streak

If you quit weed because you didn't want to get busted you won't get arrested for it in Amsterdam.
