CORONAVIRUS and TOILET ROLLS?

WHY has there been such a run on TOILET ROLLS since the outbreak ?

What is the connection ?

One reason put forward was "When one person gets the coronaviris - then 99 other people decorate their pants (I am trying to be polite).. What are YOUR views ?

    It's a form of collective insanity. If you asked these selfish idiots they would be unable to explain.

    I dont understand it. I have had difficulty buying them including on line but the stores are getting re-stocked and not sold out immediately. This panic will subside. It has nothing to do with bodily functions, just part of the fear of not being able to buy necessities. But that fear is unfounded and imagined.

    Presumably it makes people feel safer somehow. It’s a neurotic fear which has spread. I find it downright insane.

    After yesterday's shopping trip I've now got 700 rolls of toilet paper and I'm noticing the hate and jealousy I'm receiving from people who aren't prepared.
