Yes, the coronavirus is in Japan. Currently, they have about 1900 reported cases and 54 deaths, about 3% mortality rate.

There is coronavirus in Japan, but they are handling the situation very well compared to most countries. At the moment they are at 1307 cases, with 310 recoveries and 45 deaths.
For a population of their size, about 127 million, where housing is pretty densely packed, that is a pretty impressive level of containment.
Tokyo just had a spike in the number of cases, 47 in a day, here in Melbourne we had a spike too but it was twice that many.
For the Japanese, good hygiene practices are an entrenched part of their culture. That, and the fact that they are island based, and they reacted pretty quickly to the danger with closing borders, has helped them deal with the pandemic very well so far.

Yes, they currently have 1,499 confirmed cases with 49 deaths and 372 people recovered so far.
