Alcohol has a drying effect on your lungs and also has a retardant effect upon almost all viruses I'm not telling you to go get sloppy drunk and attacks your liver drink a little bit of wine with each meal it might make things go better for you if you do catch the virus

Alcohol has no effect on coronavirus, except to make you sloppy and careless so that you don't wash your hands well enough, or you touch your face while the virus is on your hands, or whatever.
In other words, if anything, alcohol can make you MORE likely to catch the virus.

No, it doesn't.
But it's wine; whether it hurts or helps it's going to make you feel good
