Do you really think that any governors will refuse to open when Trump gives them the OK to do so? How would they replace all of the money etc they are getting because they have to be closed?

It's spelled with a z not an s, and the federal govenrment has supremacy over state govenrments in all matters that pose a contradiction between the two. It's called the supremacy clause and its been in the Constitution from day 1.
