need help to be able to turn camera on/off?
using a MacBook Pro computer laptop. I would be pleased if someone would advise me how to do this.

Not sure what you mean. The camera should only be on when you open a "camera" app, like Facetime. Otherwise, it's off. Maybe you mean you want to disable your camera so that it can't be turned on surreptitiously?
