Crush them up and use them for topping on Macaroni and Cheese.

Layer them in a greased casserole, heat for 25 min in preheated 350 degree oven

Of course you can. I'd go a little further and put a layer of salsa on top, and then put shredded cheese on as the top layer. The taco chips will soak up moisture and be soft and filling, the salsa will add a bright note and the cheese will make the whole casserole more appealing. I'd serve it with sour cream and taco chips to add crunch and a cooling option.

Make it like lasagna but you will surely like to use cheese with it, too. Chili on the bottom of the dish, layer of chips, chili on the chips, cheese,  over and over to the top or until you run out of something. That general dish is called taco pie or tamale pie, usually. Cooking depends on the size but it's pretty standard - 350F for 30-45 minutes. Black olives are good too, if you have them.
