Qualification?

I have a degree from the university also have expirience from different companies. I currently pursue honours will finish soon. Currently on training. Thus I would like to know if it will be fair for me to receive the same salary as people who only hold diplomas with no working experience, once I'm appointed for permanent position?

You are worth what the employer is prepared to pay you at the time.

There are far too many variables to list here

Do you have any idea how many people have higher qualifications that you do? I wouldn't be too difficult if I was you if you get a job at all.

It depends on the job description, duties, performance standards. If you are doing the exact same job as someone with less education & training, expect to get about the same pay for the same work if you have been doing the job about the same length of time. Some people may have been doing the job longer & get more based on their experience with the company. Depends on the job, depends on the company.
