I think Austrian Smoked cheese is tasty, and Applewood smoked cheese is too.

Try Manchego cheese. It's an excellent Spanish cheese that my wife and I were introduced to a few years ago in Spain. We really like it a lot and everybody we serve it to loves it. Some stores that carry specialty cheeses might not carry it but it's not super hard to find. The Costco near me carries it but, of course, they only sell huge chunks of it.

Try a smoked gouda. Very different taste than you are use to. Or a Havarti with dill.

Wensleydale cheese.  Try to get it without dried fruit and preferrably with a percentage of ewe's milk.  It's crumbly, almost sharp and a little tangy.
