Agree or Disagree:Everyone's entitled to a fresh start?

Disagree strongly....serial rapists and mass murderers should be thrown behind bars and the keys should be thrown away.People like them have no right to participate in society and are a danger to everyone.

I agree. In my opinion it doesnt matter what they did as long as they genuinely changed as a person
