    No.  The closest I've been is to Bautzen, Sachsen.  It's about 45 Km. from the Polish border.

    Yes twice. Gdańsk and Krakow. A very nice country with very beautiful women.

    Yes, twice.

    The first time, I went with the U.S. Navy to the Tri-City Area (Gdansk, Gdynia and Sopot).

    The second time, I went with my, now, ex-girlfriend to Warsaw and her hometown of  Kraków.
