It's been a while since I've wrote to you or It's been a while since I'd written to you? which is correct?

They're both wrong. It should be either "It's been a while since I wrote to you" or "It's been a while since I've written to you." The first sentence refers to one specific letter; the second suggests that you've written a series of letters.

If you were telling a story, all in past tense, you might say, "It had been a while since I'd written to you."

Neither. “It’s been a while since I’ve written to you.”
