Ryzen 5 Pro 4650g RTX 3070 bottleneck?

There's a prebuilt PC which is really good (I know I should build one, but this one is very good) and I'm wanting to know if the cpu (Ryzen 5 Pro 4650g) will bottleneck with a RTX 3070? Thank you.

Anything that comes with a Ryzen 4650g is going to come with an underpowered power supply of at least 300w to maybe 350w if you're lucky. Also the case will be smaller and lack airflow. You need a 650w power supply to run an RTX 3070 and it really should be in a PC that's housed in a good case with a lot of airflow.

Otherwise the CPU is on the level of the Ryzen 5 3600 so it should do pretty good.

Since most people got snubbed when the RTX 3080 released, you'll be hard pressed to find an RTX 3070 when it comes out next month. About the best you can do is create an account on a prebuilder site like OriginPC or Cyberpower, spec out a build but don't choose a GPU, then choose a GPU when the card becomes available. People who did this got their PC built, but there was a 10 minute window before these cards sold out.
