The fact of the matter: No: It is your body tell you that you are lacking the proper amount of water, or that you might have hit your head and you are getting ready to pass out because of the pain, it is the bodies autonomic immune system.

Dizzyness is due to various causes, but it fundamentally represents your brain being confused about what it's senses are telling it about which way 'up' is. It has nothing to do with religion.
