It depends.
I do not know of any state that bars the election authority having a muzak loop.
However, there are laws against electioneering inside or in close proximity to a polling place. And there are some very political tunes out there. If somebody is playing tracks critiquing or praising the current administration, that might be illegal.

It is inside. Either way, why would you want to? Can't you listen to music on your own time and be considerate of others? Not everyone has the same musical tastes.
