when the u.s. supreme court rules the election invalid due to blatant unabashed fraud what will be the remedy?

will the u.s. need to hold a new election? will it go to the house to choose the winner? the constitution only says the election must occur on the first tuesday in november but doesn't specify what to do when the election is not valid. democrat stronghold cities such as detroit and philadelphia have illegally banned observers from observing the vote counting, rendering all their vote counts invalid.

Update:

@yavan and @tubesockpuppet: is it pleasant to live so blissfully ignorant of reality?

Update 2:

@walterb: the supreme court hasn't refused or accepted anything. the cases haven't gotten to the supreme court yet.

Update 3:

@undisclosed: i'm hoping you are wrong, but fear you may be right.

    According to 130%.

In addition, those governors and mayors who refused to punish the crimes committed by the protesters or at least ask for help to do so, were they not one step away from the rebellion? Ignoring the law, siding with the criminals. Speaking of 'peaceful' protests.

You cannot be so naive, Marxists do not play democratically but dirty. They always play dirty.

They made a black addict and criminal a hero. Shameful.

Very complex situation. There is no impartial entity. Justice should be.

Democrats and their governors are not, they refused to punish crimes, they acted outside the law. They left their policemen without legs and hands because it was in their political interest to protect the Marxist protesters.

--  Even the Trump Republican stacked Supreme court has been refusing to accept Trump's claims of false electoral procedures.

We haven't had a declaration of war since the early 1900's. State's rights have not been honored for nearly as long. The U.S. Constitution is already dead.

I doubt the Supreme Court will even take more than a cursory look at election fraud. If they do decide to do something it will be on a state-by-state basis.

The fact that the constitution says the election must be held on a Tuesday instead of in the weekend renders the whole constitution invalid
