Are there any computer mouses that don't have a red light glowing underneath? If so, which ones?

Get a laser mouse. The G203 is the most basic one. But I hope you don’t mind there is colours blasting on the top of the mouse. U can disable that tho.

I may be wrong but I think that red light is what the sensors and programming are tuned to for the mouse to work correctly. Only optical mice have those. Mechanical ones, the ones with a ball underneath don't have that red light. You could try trackballs too. You can't see the red light inside them. Even with optical mice, the red light stays under so you don't see it unless you turn it upside down. Don't get drawn to it though. Don't go into the light!
