Is refusing to wear a mask terroristic threatening?
If someone refuses to wear their mask and deliberately gets too close to you, and intimates that they have corona, can we defend ourselves as if they were carrying a weapon?

"Defiantly refusing to wear the useless 'face mask' considered terroristic threatening"? Hardly.
Bear in mind: the U.S. COVID-19 "pandemic" has been and sadly continues to be, grossly over-exaggerated for POLITICAL REASONS.
However, organized groups of people INCUBATING COVID-19 with direct intent on the deliberate spread of the virus in major U.S. cities IS considered a terrorist act.
So the well organized / well-funded members of "The Resistance ( that'd be the DEMOCRATS, by the way ) didn't stop to think they--to be fair here, inadvertantly--gave Al-Qaida and ISIS terror "sleeper" cells in the U.S. ( and they ARE living quite well IN America ), a new deadly toy to play with AGAINST U.S. citizens.
And now you see why it was desperately important for the Democrats to "win" the 2020 POTUS Election; if they failed to "win"---people WILL go to jail, on a huge list of violating Federal FELONY laws.
And that's why Joe Biden isn't so confident feeling he's the "president-elect" after what just happened during a voter ballot recount in Georgia that has FBI securing A LOT of "evidence" they're not commenting yet to the press about.

This is threatening, but I don't see any use of using a weapon. If you have gloves, slap them or something, cuz thats that I would do
