I dont like fasting, but when I eat lots of junk food and feel uneasy with the amount of unhealthy food I have been eating or just to control my food intake, I will fast...

I am also fasting today, Insha'Allah will fast until friday...

From 11 years old till now, I remember at least 23 days I have never replaced the fast, that is what I remember, so I have been fasting, now left 19 days....

Those that I dont remember if there is more than 23 days that I didnt replaced, I will just fast on monday & thursday and hope that replaces it

As per Quran , Fasting is obligatory on all Muslims in the month of Ramadan , so I like to keep fast to obey the commandment of Allah, otherwise , I do not like to fast on other days of Ramadan not by compulsory

    No - I wouldn't.  So I don't.  If I'm hungry, I eat.

    Fasting is pointless and unhealthy.

As an atheist it doesn't apply to me. I'm glad to say.
