What inorganic substances are edible for people? ?
Water and salt are inorganic but we eat them. Are there any other substances without carbon in them that we could eat?

water and salt are edible but provide no nourishment. They are needed for your body to function, however.
Many other things fall into that category (edible, no nourishment): Medicines, dust, dirt, some other salts, sawdust, etc. Some are needed, eg, vitamins, some minerals.
although medicines and vitamins usually contain carbon.
