How do I stop the voice in my head?

It’s my own voice. But I can hear it, In my mind. It’s just me thinking but I want to learn to turn it off somehow and stop thinking in this voice because it is stressing me out. It’s always worried, and I will think about what I done wrong allllll day.

Be glad it is not another person getting into your brain and talking to you more and more.  You seem to distance yourself from this voice, as if it is not you.  It's just you thinking.  Try accepting it, rather than forcing the issue.  A part of you is getting angry with the wiser side of you, so just treat that part of you as a little kid, and humor him, or her.  Try it, at least. Be a parent or an adult when you have to deal with your inner child.  I wish you well.

There was once a very famous singer; he use to wonder too and worry about what he had done wrong, sometimes all day long. As he grew older he became a writer and a singer, made millions. He even wrote a song about it...The tile is "Somebody Done Somebody Wrong Song...I am sure it is on the YouTube, you should listen to it.
