What are some toppings I can put on a dessert pizza?

It won't just be a big cookie either. It'll be a pastry dough crust but I need some help building it from the sauce all the way up to the toppings.

I would do a fruit pizza. You mix a little honey with cream cheese for the base and then add some cut fruits.

Raspberry or strawberry jam as the sauce, top with sweetened coconut, then grated dark chocolate or dark choco chips, pecan pieces.

Lime pie pudding for the sauce topped with sweetened coconut and drizzled with raspberry coulis.
