What happens if courts rule Corona restrictions unconstitutional? ?
In some states, people and businesses have filed law suits against the governor for his Corona restrictions. They claim they are unconstitutional. If the court rules them unconstitutional after the epidemic is over and those restrictions are already withdrawn, what happens?
How can lost customers be given back to businesses? How can cancelled sports events be given back to fans? How can lost school days be given back to kids? How can cancelled carnivals/fairs/parades be given back to the people?

If the restrictions are deemed unconstitutional after the pandemic is over, when the restrictions are no longer in place, nothing will happen but prevent them from ever returning. There is no valid civil claim to make as a result because until a court invalidates a law, the law stands.

The Governors IGNORE the courts.
Note: Some of the lawsuit you refer to have been ruled on, and the restrictions have NEVER been found constitutional.

jeffdanielk: The Coronavirus restrictions won’t be found to be unconstitutional. These restrictions were put in place for the greater good.

If the restrictions aren't constitutional, does that mean you're criminally responsible for the people you kill by spreading the virus? Maybe have to pay their medical bills?
