Is "Yahoo Answers" becoming just another Toxic Comments section, over-run by Paid Trolls?

Yes for sure. The religeon and  politics section is the worst in my opinion, and pets section.

I know you meant comments for answers and questions.

Notice most people have a reading disability here like dyslexia.

No, Y/A does a good job imo. I still see thoughtful 'Q and A's' on here.

No. It has no comment section, and there's no proof that I've ever seen that any users here are 'paid' (although some may be). The site isn't busy enough or important enough for it to be worth it for any entity to pay users to troll here.

I don't know if the trolls are paid or not, but, there are certainly a ton of trolls trolling here 24/7.

Certain subcategories have become that way

Every question in Environment.- Global warming is chat violation that usually has nothing to do with global warming. Astronomy & Space is 60% or more spam questions including Uranus questions and now one or more people obsessed with astrology.

Whether they are paid to troll is a different question. The spam bot questions saying they can't login or don't remember their password or don't know how to access their email probably are spam bot accounts. Those questions have changed recently. They now sometimes have first and last names.
