I hear DAV, VFW and other veterans groups are expelling any veterans that took part in the DC riot or any future riots..Thoughts?

Update:

My hearing is fine

I was told this by my VFW post commander

    Good for them because the insurrectionist are not patriots but common thugs.

    I stopped by my VFW hall tonight for a few minutes. I didn't hear that in mine. And nothing is on the web about that. Nor on the VFW Facebook page.

    They are private organizations that may expel members for any number of reasons. It is within their rights to remove members as they see fit especially if it may bring discredit or shame upon the organization.
