No. And to anonymous - much of The Strip is actually in Paradise, NV and NOT in Las Vegas

no... downtown is literally the strip... do you live ON the strip? no.

11 minutes from the strip? It depends what direction you go,whether you are on side streets or the freeway, and if there is traffic delays.

Technically the strip is in Paradise so I suppose South East Vegas. Also Vegas has no downtown thus no mid town. In any other city in the country your house would be in the midtown of that city.
