Is it still crossdressing if a man wears something associated with women but made for men?

Like a thong that's made for men that would clearly not even fit a woman as they always have a pouch in front making it clear it's for men. I know that if a random person saw a guy wearing it they'd assume he's a crossdresser because even the existence of thongs made for men is not really public knowledge at least in America but I'm not asking if people would think it's cross dressing I'm asking is it actually crossdressing? I would assume no as it would go against the definition of a crossdresser.

If you were wearing a women's thong then yes you are crossdressing, but wearing a man's thong is okay

Also out of interest pantyhose and tights are now considered to be unisex as they are now made and purchased by men on line , they are usually women's queen sized tights that have been rebranded at much higher prices to sell to men. so it's better and cheaper to just purchase women' tights at the self service in a supermarket if you want to wear them.

A crossdresser wears women's clothing, not clothing for men that's a lot like women's clothing.

So a thong for a male is not close to crossdressing.
