What`s the title of old song with "..Zorro and Spanish Harlem"?

For days I keep trying to find out name of this classic song from 60`s or 70`s, with words " (Julio/Mario/ Zorro and Spanish Harlem.." clearly repeated in the song. Yet Yahoo & Google constantly pushing "there is a rose growing in Spanish Harlem" Ben E, King on me..And I know surely and positively, this is not the song I remember. It has no 'rose' but Zorro in it. And it`s not Ben King nor Aretha Franklyn singing it.
