What is going on with my sibling health!?

My siblings says his vision had been going dark along with closed ears and pain in the back of the eye

    These are some classic symptoms of untreated hypertension. He needs to go see a doctor.

    It would be one of several reasons why he has decreased vision and eye pain.  He should go the the nearest walk in clinic for an exam.  They will be able to refer him to an eye doctor if needed.  What does "closed ears" mean?

    Go see an ophthalmologist. It could be anything. Macular degeneration is a possibility. Retinal detachment is another possibility.
