i keep reading online the next stimulous check would be TARGETED ? a targeted check ? what does that mean ? so confused

"Targeted" means directed to specific persons or groups.

It means they are going to look to help their supporters and not help others. Look for Amazon to get a big check.

Targeted is a dangerous word in politics because it means leaving out some people from the stimulus checks.
