Toyota Camry 2000 XLE V6 3.0L problem?

So about 9 days ago a deer ran out in front of me at about 35 mph and it hit on the right front.  Since then I've gotten both headlights replaced, and some of the metal bent back to where it once was.

When the car is completely turned off, no key in the ignition, and all doors are closed, you will hear CLICK!.  It could be 10 seconds later, could be 15 seconds later, CLICK!  And this goes on non-stop, maybe started a day after I hit the deer.  Two days ago I was sitting in the work parking lot, click click click click click click click click CLICK, and the constant clicking sound stopped.  Then about 5 seconds later, CLICK! and click click click click click click CLICK! and the constant clicking sound stopped again.  I turned the car off, took the keys out of the ignition, and that single CLICK! sound is still there.

I'm out on the east coast and when we got that big snow, well I had a car cover on my car.  When I took the cover off and opened the car door, no lights came on, put the key in the ignition, nothing.  Battery was completely dead.  The car currently is at 14.00 volts, and holding positive on alternator and negative on battery also showed something like 13.98 fluctuating +- .05 maybe.  So the battery is getting a charge.  And at work, I needed a jump to get it going.

I'm wondering, could this CLICK! sound be something that is trying to engage and is draining my battery?

Thanks.

Update:

Also, when I said "Since then I've gotten both headlights replaced" what I meant was that, the right side housing was still there, headlight still worked, but no high beam.  I replaced both left and right housings because the left was all fogged up, so replacing the one, you've got to replace both to be the same.

Update 2:

Yea, I just went outside to get the brush out of the back seat of the car and to start it up, completely dead battery again.  So you're right, that clicking sound, whatever it is, is draining the battery.  I ran the car to and from work on saturday, got home around 12pm, right now it's 10:05 am sunday and nope, dead battery.  So just in that short amount of time, well i'm gonna take it to my mechanic and see if he can figure it out for me.  Thanks for the answers :)

Update 3:

The clicking sound, whatever it was, was linked to a fuse that controls power seats, power windows and the sunroof.  Everything else worked with that fuse pulled.  We put a new fuse in and the clicking returned.  After pressing buttons and the fuse back in, it stopped clicking.  Each click was taking 13 amps from the battery.

Not sure what it was clicking, but it's been two whole days now and it has not returned.

The "clicking" is draining the battery.  Pull fuses one by one.  When the clicking stops, you have found the circuit the is causing the problem.  Check the fuses first that feeds a relay.  Or you can pull the relays first.  A relay is likely shorted (always ON).  Good luck.

Take it to a body shop. At least they know what they're doing. Most likely electrical (fuse, relay or short). But, where? Front right.
