if you had to replace an old building with a new one what would it be?

I have renovated 4 houses.  I have also renovated an old building in our small town.  The old building is over 110 years old.  My husband and I and his brother renovated the building for our craft brewery.  We would not want to replace the building.  It just needed some updating and tlc.  It has some amazing things you can't find in new buildings.  It's a really cool space.

I'll design the new building like the old one but I'll add more rooms to it.
