How do you keep order in a world full of Chaos? ?

Guide people to God.

You don't. It's impossible for a random person to do that (order over chaos) maneuver. 

If society is content for the right reasons,order will follow suit,

Today,lawlessness reigns and in my opinion,the world is in a

process of control by a very few decadent individuals. This is

the very beginning of sorrows.The world is forcefully being 

divided into families and communications is no longer even 

possible

  How can we have order when the governing body has no interest 

in their country or population?

The only semblance of order can only take place in your own life.

Control your own part of it.

Control is an illusion. We never had it. We just thought we did.

I don't see the world as disorderly I see it more as people mistaking fiction for facts.
