Where can I get the fish bowl drink in Minnesota?

I’ve heard from a few people there is a big fish bowl drink you can get in the Twin Cities, but I never got the name of the bar or restaurant.

    Why are you complaining? I've heard that Basset Hound meat is quite tasty, especially as a steak.

    The extra fat just makes it tastier.

    They're readily available in Indiana.  

    Look at bars in small towns and near colleges/universities. 

    A fish bowl is the container, not a specific drink.

    Try Psycho Suzi's Motor Lounge in Minneapolis when they reopen (expectted in April).
