    It is a good name that will age well from baby to adult.

    While the child is young, there are several nickname options:  Vic - Vikki - Tori 

    When the child becomes an adult, they have a name that suits an adult.  (even the nickname of Vikki or Tori would suit an adult.)

    The Winner is YAH

    That is what Israel (Yisrael) means as well: Prevailing God

    Yah is the personal name of God (El)

    Eliyah (God is Yah)
