target or walmart?

does target or walmart sell snow cone makers for cheap & their syrups too?

    I don't know which one has snow cone makers , but you don't need special syrups.

    You can make your own syrups with cool-aid packets.  

    To make the syrup, combine the following and stir:  (or shake if you have a squeeze container to mix it in)

    1 package Kool-aid (or similar flavored drink mix)

    1 cup of granulated sugar

    1 cup of water.

    You also don't "need" a snow cone maker.  You can blend the ice in a blender until it is fine enough and use that for the ice of your snow cones.
