    Was my first time cooking half of a whole fish. 

    Burnt salmon with a lot of garlic, lemon and onions.

    Dont look at me. Was my baby sisters idea. I'm on a strict renal and cardio diet. So... she was trying to buy meats I could eat. 😄 God bless her heart.
