Eat protein sources less full of it.  Are you trying to reduce your dopamine production?

Avoid red meats, especially corn-fed red meats as they are rich in tyrosine and phenylalanine, building blocks for brain dopamine.

Instead,  eat meals high in tryptophan,  like eggs, poultry and seafood.

Source(s): Tryptophan provides the brain with the building blocks for serotonin creation.
