How would you feel, if in order to get prescription opioids, you had to fill out this questionnaire, with this info provided on it?

Are you 65 years of age or older ?

Note : The Importance of this question is to determine your standardized medical life expectancy at this current time.

Having a shorter remaining lifespan makes addiction less costly and consequential to society, and being older makes voluntary drug rehab attendance more likely, and more likely to succeed.

Satisfying an addiction at an older age is also typically less dangerous to society at large because of the methods used to gain funds.

Do you have any friends or family that depends on you, your functioning and stability, your household, or the quality of your kinship or friendship or who would suffer from either your addiction, the legal ramifications associated, or your death ?

Note : The Importance of this question is to determine if an addiction and it's associated problems and consequences will harm others in your life.

Do you have any children under the age of 25 years of age ?

Note : The importance of this question is to determine the likelihood of your use of medication, unintentionally teaching an example if drug abuse, or unintentionally providing unnecessary access to your medication.

Do you have advanced stage cancer, endometriosis, or Arthritis ?

Note : The importance of this question determines whether or not Meloxicam or Toradol can infact be a better, more potent, non addictive option for you.

:)
