What do you think about my total control court ruling against a juvenile bully, in juvenile court, did I go too far lol?

#1. Total media and communication Restriction.

*No access to the internet

*No cell phones

*No Video games

*No Magazines

*No Cable, Satellite or fiber-optic TV service.

*No Rap, and no music with a parental advisory label on it.

*G rated movies only.

*Educational, Informational or religious TV programs and physical books only.

#2. Total recreation restriction.

*No Zoo, No Aquarium, No Park, No Playground, No Theme Parks.

*No Sports stadiums.

*No Museums.

*No Library.

*No Arcades, laser tag, Billiards, Bowling, Golf, Basketball, Tennis,  Croquet, Bingo or Gambling.

*No Shooting, No Archery, No Camping, Hiking, Climbing, Swimming, or Gym.

*No Sports team memberships.

#3. Total social restriction.

*No talking to or being around people who are under 21.

*No talking to or being around people who are 50 or older, except for the parents, teachers and counselors.

*No talking to or being around women, except for the mom, teachers and counselors.

*No talking to or being around the disabled.

*No using school busses or public transit, to attend school.

*Required to be by yourself in the schools isolation room, handcuffed in front of you, and leg ironed while at school.

*No being outdoors at night, between 6PM sharp, and 7 AM sharp.

#4. Mandatory mental health treatment, 5 days per week after school.

#5. Total enforcement and security.

Mandatory "wrap around" services in order to enforce the court order.
