Will there be a second chance to get married and have romance in the afterlife?
In Christianity, if I never get the chance to get married on Earth, will I get a second chance to have a romantic relationship in the afterlife? Why not? What about the mentally disabled? Those with a fear of missing out?
What about Luke 6:21? Why doesn't God say "blessed are you who are single and really want to get married and have romance, for you will have the finest spouse"? Based on Joel 2:25-32, will God restore to me the romance that the locusts have eaten?

Nope. Such relationships are part of life on Earth. Which is why the marriage vows clearly state "until death do us part", or "as long as we both shall live". In any case, life in Heaven will be perfect happiness, something that is never available on Earth. We will be fully satisfied, fully happy, fully fulfilled, wanting nothing.

Yes, but all such things have to be arranged before the resurrection. Resurrected people can't change.

No, Jesus said you do err not knowing the scriptures nor the power of God. For in the resurrection they neither marry nor are given in marriage but are like the angels of God in heaven (Matthew 22: 29 - 30).
Here on earth we are physical beings and we satisfy the needs of the body but in heaven we will be like the angels - invisible and spiritual beings with no physical body but a spiritual, glorified body which can pass through walls etc as Jesus did when he was here on earth and they tried to kill Him

No second chances for those who jump off a cliff.
So, whatever decision you make will bind you.

The Bible is quite clear that there are no personal relationships in the hereafter.

No
Mark 12:25 KJV — For when they shall rise from the dead, they neither marry, nor are given in marriage; but are as the angels which are in heaven.
