There are approx 1500000 rooms. That would be approx 410 years. This is moot because they add more than 1 room a day. Therefore you could not fill it if you lived for ever.

According to this resource (https://www.reference.com/geography/many-hotel-roo... there are 152,275 hotel rooms in Las Vegas.  If true it would take you 147 years to spend one night in every one of them.
