is it ok to spank your kid with hot wheels tracks plastic toy car tracks for kids?

    No. it is not okay to spank a child with anything except your open hand, on the butt and not leaving ANY

     marks.  that was told to me by a children and youth case worker when she told me one of my children needed spanked.
