Do they sell these foods to eat in Iceland ?

Steak, cheese & tomato pizza, baked/jacket potatoes with cheese and/or butter, plain cheeseburgers with just cheese and fries (or chips if you're British) ?

Update:

Iceland the country I mean by this.

They sell most of them in the freezer section of the Iceland supermarket... but the potatoes won't come with cheese or butter, you'd need to add this yourself. Likewise the burgers come as patties only; you have to buy the buns and cheese separately.

If you mean Iceland the country; yes, fast food is available.

Iceland the country has supermarkets like anywhere else, selling all of the above. Prices were (2017) roughly twice that of U.K. prices, fish maybe only 50% more.

Surprisingly, I found some U.K. Co-op products in one store.

All food and drink in Iceland is very expensive due to the high cost of transport and the difficulty in growing much food in sucd a harsh climate.
