I believe my account is hacked and I would like to refresh or better encryption ?

I also do feel like my account is hacked, I just reset everything again like changing my email.

please donot use your website or mail in public places

just change your password. that should be enough.

make it no less than 8 characters, use letters and numbers, and FOR GOD'S SAKE, DON'T use actual words in it!

Did you turn on two factor like with a smartphone?  Most web based mail now has the option,  yahoo and gmail included.

 If hacked, you need to try to recover it, but it can still be used to commit fraud/send spam in your name, by spoofing. Warn all contacts.
